Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of security products, including alarms, access control and CCTV systems
- Advising customers on new products and solutions to enhance security efficiency
- Delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships
- Responding promptly to urgent service calls to meet our service level agreements
- Participating in the emergency on-call rota
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Valid full UK driving licence
- Ability to pass enhanced DBS check
- Excellent time management skills
- A proactive attitude towards personal and professional development
