As our portfolio of clients has increased, so has our workforce. We pride ourselves on having an expert team of highly qualified engineers who are respected across the industry. We ensure our engineers are kept up to date with latest technologies, providing regular training to keep them informed of industry changes.

In 2010 we signed up for Investors in People, which has been successfully re-accredited in 2013, 2016 and in 2019 we were accredited on to the new IIP standards.  Our continuous improvements have reinforced the credibility of the company and its commitment to empowering employees and developing them within the business. We want to make our employees feel valued as they are upskilled and trained. This is clearly demonstrated in the high morale and the team's attitude to work.

 

Trainee Programme

At JMSS we have made a commitment to training the next generation of security engineers by devising and implementing our own Trainee Programme. ‘Earn while you learn’ is our motto, so that we can ensure we have ‘home-grown’ engineers that work to our required quality and standards.

In 2017 we made a commitment to our employees to ensure they receive a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work, by joining the Living Wage Foundation, joining the network of 5,200 companies across the UK.

At JM Security Systems, we constantly strive for improvement, and have invested time in ensuring we keep all our policies and procedures up to date. We have invested time in acquiring the ISO9001:2015 standard.
