The Institute of Asian Businesses Awards celebrates the achievement and success of individuals and companies. These are individuals whose skill, ambition, enthusiasm, and sheer hard work have enabled them to excel in their business pursuits.

Award entry is open to all businesses. Local subsidiaries of national and multinational companies may also enter, but achievements must relate to local activity. Entrants are allowed to apply for more than one award category provided they meet the specified criteria.

Stoke City Football Club are an English professional football club that play in the Premier League. Based in Stoke-on-Trent Stoke City’s home ground is the Britannia Stadium, a 28,384 all seated stadium. The stadium was opened in 1997, having previously been based at the Victoria Ground since 1878. Founded in 1863, Stoke City is the oldest club in the Premier League.

JM Security Systems will be providing security solutions for Stoke City’s specific requirements for their stadium, club shop, academy and training ground facilities. On 25th April 2013 the latest figures for the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) were published by the Office for National Statistics. Following a recommendation of the National Statisticians review of crime statistics (National Statistician, 2011), a survey of crimes against businesses took place in England and Wales in 2012. The Commercial Victimisation Survey (CVS) provides information on the volume and type of crime committed against businesses in England and Wales across four sectors (wholesale and retail, manufacturing, accommodation and food, and transportation and storage).

JM Security Systems were the proud sponsors of the first Crimestoppers Midlands Conference, held in Rugby, where the UK Charity's 25 years of success was celebrated. Victims of crime, community volunteers, ex-gang members and law enforcement officials all attended this event on 8th March 2013 at the Brownsover Hotel in Rugby.

Key speakers included the Chief Constable of Warwickshire Police Andy Parker, Police and Crime Commissioners Bill Longmore (West Mercia) and Ron Ball (Warwickshire), Bill Cullen (Deputy Chief Executive Hinckley and Bosworth Council) and Bill Griffiths, a long-serving trustee of the charity who first brought Crimestoppers to the UK in the 1980's.

This will be a welcome addition to JM Security Systems growing client portfolio, making them a leading provider of Security Systems for regional and national flooring retailers in the UK. JM Security Systems have recently completed a high tech security installation for a concept Co-operative travel branch that had a celebrity opening. Alan Halsall, who plays Tyrone Dobbs, was at hand to open the first High Street concept store branded as cooptravel.co.uk
