A Birmingham-based security company was highly commended at Crimestoppers Midlands Conference for its outstanding work in corporate social responsibility.
JM Security Systems, which provides electronic security solutions to businesses in the Midlands and elsewhere, also sponsored the 'most supportive law enforcement agency' award, which went to PC Dave Webb form West Midlands Police for his work in promoting Crimestoppers to more than 3,000 schoolchildren, and for winning £20,000 funding to encourage support from other organisations.
