We arranged a surprise corporate clay pigeon shoot experience for our Engineers on 19th May 2017 at Hereford and Worcester Shooting Ground, as part of our 10th Anniversary Celebrations.
When the engineers arrived at the grounds, they were welcomed with breakfast and then split into teams. Spirits were high and then rivalry began, as the two teams competed.
Outstanding winner was Joshua Williams (who is one of our trainee engineers) - ‘I have only been at JM Security Systems a few weeks, so what a pleasant surprise that the Company had arranged a surprise clay pigeon shoot for all the engineers. Since starting work as a Trainee Security Engineer at JM Security Systems, I have felt part of the team, been given a great deal of support, and feel it’s an excellent Company to work for and progress my career as a security engineer. Best of all I won on the day’.
Craig Smith, one of our engineers said - ‘Well what a surprise, and an enjoyable morning out with the team. From start to finish we had a great time, and it was really good to spend the morning together as a team, as normally we are out on the road carrying out the vital service we provide as a JM Security Systems engineer. I’m proud to work for a company that offers its engineers so much professional development, but also values us to be part of their 10th Anniversary. Many thanks to those that arranged the day for us.’
‘We wanted to surprise the engineers, (who all thought they were going on a training session), to just thank them for their work, and commitment to JM Security Systems. All the engineers enjoyed the clay pigeon shoot, even if it did get a little competitive, but all good fun.
The company has come a long way over the past 10 years, and have put a lot of effort into ensuring our engineers are supported, so that they can provide a first-class service to our customers’.
In the future, we want to increase our team, so as to meet the ever-increasing customer base, and services we are providing. Phil Payne, Operations Director
‘JM Security Systems is celebrating its 10th Anniversary and as part of the celebrations it wanted to say thank you to our engineers, by sending them on a surprise day out.
We feel it is important at JM Security Systems that we not only recruit a high calibre of staff, but that we also invest in their development within the company.
We are Investors in People accredited, ensure that our staff are fully trained, keeping them up-to-date with new technology advances in our sector, and to ensure we are a company that invests its time and support in our staff team.
We also feel it is important that as a company we invest in new talent, and have already this year taken on 3 trainee engineers, and are looking to take on further in the future’. Mary Vadaie, Business Development Manger
