1. Check you have everything you need to register and then read and confirm the initial user statement
2. Complete your personal details, if registering on behalf of a business, please use your business contact details, i.e. email, address & contact numbers
3. Set & complete your personal security questions
4. Use the identity information provided by your installer:
- Contract number (known as CS number or Alt ID)
- Keyholder password (as existing)
- Alarm installer telephone number
5. Final stage - Please enter the on screen validation code
