The thorough annual assessment looks at all aspects of the business and JM Security Systems are delighted to share the summary of findings which found that there were no areas of non-conformance and no suggested opportunities for improvement.

JM Security Systems begin new “Burglars can be choosers” advertising campaign in partnership with West Midlands Crimestoppers.

JM Security Systems is the only security company working in partnership with West Midlands Crimestoppers to reduce property crime.

Crimestoppers UK is an independent crime-fighting charitable organisation in the United Kingdom, based in the Wallington district of Surrey. Crimestoppers runs the 0800 555 111 phone number, allowing people to call anonymously to pass on information about crime. People can also pass on information anonymously via a secure online information form on Crimestoppers website. As with other Crimestoppers organisations, callers are not required to give their name or any personal information, and calls cannot be traced.

The Home Offices quarterly update published on 19th January 2012 represents the most recent crime statistics from two different sources: The British Crime Survey (BCS) and police recorded crime figures. Based on British Crime Survey interviews in the year to September 2011 the Government reports “no statistically significant change” in the estimated number of crimes compared with the previous 12-month period.

On a positive note, police recorded crime for the 12 months to last September has tailed off by 4%.

JM Security Systems Secures New Intruder, Access control & CCTV Contract with Brian James Furnishings

JM Security Systems was awarded a contract by Brian James Furnishings, Midlands largest furniture store, to install, service, and maintain their Intruder, Access and CCTV Systems as part of a five-year contract.

The Managing Director for Brian James Furnishings states that it was JM Security Systems attention to detail on the design and the proposition of a complete security solution from a single supplier that led him to appoint JM Security Systems as their contractor of choice.

Following the horrific events seen throughout the country the Director-General of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Stephen Robertson explained that many people have lost their livelihood as their businesses have been destroyed.

The Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Group (BCCG) said that the city’s leisure and retail industry lost £2.5M per day because of the recent disturbances. The ordeal was terrifying for all business owners with one shopkeeper saying “we were shaking in our boots”.
